Travel north on Highway 181 and get off at the Buddy Ganem exit. At Buddy Ganem, take the turn around and head south along the access road. After passing the Comfort and Hampton Inns, turn right onto Billy Webb. Take your first right onto Cedar Dr.. Proceed straight towards the dead end and The Pavillion Nursing Center. There are two building sitting apart and in front of the nursing home. The clinic is located in the second building at 213 Cedar Dr. Suite C.

Do Not go straight to Lang road. After turning onto Billy Webb, take your first right onto Cedar Dr.. Proceed straight toward the dead end and the Pavillion Nursing Center. If you live in Portland, you no where the Sonic is located at Lang and Cedar behind the HEB. Go down Cedar Dr. pass the stop sign to the Pavillion Nursing Center. We are located in the second building that sits apart and in front of the nursing center.
